TwoCollaborate facilitated a one-day workshop for nib's IT leadership cohort to define and gain buy-in for nib's refreshed IT strategy.
In a bid to refine nib Technology's IT Strategy FY23-25, a one-day workshop involving 45 representatives from nib's IT leadership cohort was convened.
The objectives were twofold: firstly, to secure buy-in for the refreshed strategy among the leadership cohort, and secondly, to ensure they felt empowered to effectively communicate and implement the strategy within their respective teams. Additionally, the workshop aimed to add clarity to the 19 high-level initiatives of the strategy, translating them into tangible goals aligned with nib's context, language, and ambition. The session also sought to foster a positive and engaging environment, encouraging relationship-building among peers.
TwoCollaborate played a crucial role in orchestrating the one-day workshop, ensuring its smooth execution and facilitating productive discussions among participants.
Through carefully designed activities and discussions, TwoCollaborate enabled the IT leadership cohort to understand and embrace nib's refreshed IT strategy fully.
