Context & Objectives

Woolworths embarked on a purposeful transformation to establish an ecosystem driving enhanced experiences for all members of the Woolworths community.

The transformation accelerator, known as "The Edge," was established in collaboration with TwoCollaborate to convert each strategic project’s vision into actionable plans. TwoCollaborate provided crucial resources for the setup, management, and successful delivery of The Edge.

Approach & Outcomes

TwoCollaborate played a pivotal role in supporting the venture, offering event management capabilities for gatherings of up to 120 individuals. The versatile space, with its modular features, facilitated seamless transformations into various collaborative environments. As a result, we achieved the following outcomes:

  • Accelerated 8 strategic projects within Woolworths.
  • Translated the strategies of 3 supporting business functions into executable plans.
  • Successfully hosted 59 workshops during F21.
  • Adapted to challenges by hosting 32 virtual workshops amidst the NSW COVID lockdowns.

By leveraging TwoCollaborate’s expertise, Woolworths witnessed significant progress in their transformation journey, driving positive outcomes for the organisation and its community.
