Our team experience includes: 2000+ collaborative events, 10+ collaboration environments, a combined 40+ years’ experience. We also bring our extended specialist network of 120+ contractors worldwide, the ability to quickly bring the right tools and equipment for any type of client challenge.
As a result, we pride ourselves upon working with a wide range of industry leaders in some of the world’s most iconic organisations. We have experience at the highest levels of the public, private and social sectors.
Our approach
TwoCollaborate is skilled in a range of consulting and design methods that have been practiced globally. Similarily to cooking recipes, some methods have existed for centuries and have been adapted to suit the changing nature of social dynamics and work.
Our approach has always been holistic, solution agnostic and we collaborate by design. We apply principles of Lean, Agile, Experience Design, Circular Economy Design, Human Centred Design, Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, MG Taylor, and UnConference to our work – just to name a few.
We observe that many organisations pick a single method by default, like Agile. Our reservation is that a particular method is designed to solve particular problems.
Therefore, we highly recommend systems, organisations and teams to familiarise themselves with multiple-, and use a combination of methods which can be utilised relevant to different change scenarios.
