Our services
Strategically Facilitated
Programs
TwoCollaborate are experts in partnering with organisations to design collaboration that solves problems and delivers accelerated outcomes to a wide range of organisational challenges. In the process, we help deconstruct complexity, disrupt outdated ways of working, enhance internal skills and experience, empower the organisation, change mind-sets and minimise re-litigation.
Collaboration design and facilitation may range from programs (covering multiple collaborative sessions or workshops), facilitation of conferences and summits, through to individual bespoke workshops or sessions. They range in size (e.g. from 5 to 500 participants), duration (e.g. half day, to three day, to several months), and topic or outcome (strategic and tactical).
Our approach to involves bringing together the right people, processes, content and physical environment to overcome political and emotional barriers to add value. We focus on very specific outcomes which are identified as we work through a structured process prior to the session, as well on creating a positive and experiential stakeholder experience. We believe engaging all participants and creating a safe space for individuals to share their unique insights and experiences is critical to developing a collective vision of success.
We have a proprietary approach which draws from a wide-range of collaborative and innovative methodologies, enabling us to develop fit-for-purpose approaches based on the outcomes required. We ensure that sessions are designed to accelerate outcomes by enabling discussions that consider various vantage points, organisational and cross-organisational political differences and help participants to find common, constructive ground. Our method also considers parallel working, uplifting energy, group composition, individual perspectives and visualising the discussions.

Collaborative Environments
TwoCollaborate design, build and run fit-for-purpose collaboration environments. We have experience in developing and delivering over 20 collaboration environments, with each space driving different organisational outcomes (e.g. innovation, transformation delivery, program management, stakeholder engagement). Collaboration environments can range from pop-up / temporary environments for events (e.g. summits, conferences), short term collaboration hubs (e.g. a few weeks to deliver mission critical projects), as well as permanent enterprise collaboration environments to change the way organisations solve problems. Our approach considers more than just the physical infrastructure, materials and supporting approach required to develop collaboration environments – more importantly, it focuses on the culture, capabilities and practices required to be most effective (e.g. design and consultation, project management, staff and operations, upskilling local talent).
